Our most-booked size. Roughly six pickup loads, and it still fits on a normal driveway.
The 20 yard is the size most people actually need. It takes a two-car garage cleared to the slab, a kitchen or bath remodel including cabinets and tile, a three-bedroom cleanout, or a roof tear-off of around 25 to 30 squares. At 14 feet long and 6½ feet wide it occupies about the footprint of a parking space.

- Next-day service included — delivery and pickup 9am to 5pm Monday through Saturday, with a text when the driver is en route
Prohibited items: concrete, dirt, paint, hazardous materials, tires, e-waste, propane bottles and tanks, and appliances (appliances can be picked up separately for a fee). Concrete and dirt are not banned outright, they just need a dedicated heavy-debris container — ask us and we'll size one. Please see the rental agreement for full details.

Garage and house cleanouts
A two-car garage cleared to the slab, or a three-bedroom house of furniture, mattresses and storage.
Kitchen and bath remodels
Cabinets, counters, tile and drywall all fit, and the low walls mean you walk it in rather than lift it.
Roof tear-offs
Around 25 to 30 squares. Roofing is heavy, so tell us the roof size and we’ll check the weight before you book.
